How is e-coating developing?

E-coating, is also called as e-paint. There are still many people call it as its full name "Electrophoretic Paint". Usages of

electrophoretic coating are becoming more and more usual due to bad using experiences of common inkjet coating. E-coating 

starts to update higher and higher levels. E-coating as a new type coating with various advantages like low-pollution, 

low-energy, low-cost, protective and anti-corrosive. It is suitable to used in automotive area and technical area.

How is silicon dioxide developing depends on e-coating development?

As before, silicon dioxide is often used in rubber, plastics and other areas. But with the chemical market is changing, the usages 

of silicon dioxide become wider and wider. It is not satisfying to use in common paints but e-coating.The silicon dioxide that are 

used in e-coating should arrive high standard. First of all, its PH value should keep neutral stand which will not affect the e-coating 

itself. Second, its loss of drying can not be too high. Cause with high loss of drying will make the coating cracking in short time. 

Third,it should have special surface that can protect the coating from tearing and scratches. With the development of e-coating, 

silicon dioxide should be developed too.
