How does matte effect work?

Matte effect is also called as fog effect or non-reflect effect. It is mainly to decrease or  remove gloss from the surface. This 

matte effect can be achieved differently in different industries. Below are the common achieving ways.

* Physical method: Under some extend, matte effect can be achieved by using special textures or structures on the material

* Water-based coating: this type coating is mainly made of water, solvent resin, pigment and filler. Water-based coating will be dry

use in painting of interior walls, ceilings and certain exterior surfaces

* Powder coating: this type coating is a powder state coating and it doesn't  contain solvent. When you are using this coating for 

painting, its particles will form an even coating under high temperature. Powder coating has super excellent anti-corrosive ability 

and durability. This type of coating is very suitable to use in surface coating of industrial equipment, pipelines, vehicles, etc., 

requiring high strength protection.

Each type of coating has its specific application scenarios and advantages, and choosing the right type of coating depends on the specific use needs, environmental conditions, and cost considerations.
