Introduction:

PTFE Over-the-Side Immersion Heaters,The applicable temperature is below 110 °C. (heating in a very thick liquid, must 

be configured with stirring), is corrosive liquid heating of electroplating, electrolysis, degreasing, pickling, electroless nickel 

plating, anodizing, aluminum pouring, smelting, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, etc. , condensation, evaporation, concentration, 

etc. The best corrosion resistant heater choice!

Features:

Ø PTFE sleeved 304 stainless elements inert to most solutions up to 212°F (100°C).

Ø Low watt density design 10 watts/square inch (1.5w/cm²).

Ø 4 foot (1.2m) continuous fluoropolymer (PTFE) cable leading to a vapor resistant terminal enclosure and 3 ft (.9m) flexible 

PVC liquid tight conduit.

Ø Grounded internal metal element and built in thermal protector. Replaceable P1 protector standard for solutions up to 

180°F(82°C).
