Silica Matting Agent

Silica matting agent is a wide using additive in coating and its main function is to provide matte effect. Its characters are shown

as below:

1) High matting effect: silica matting agent can form a micro uneven structure on the coating's surface and make the light being

scattering to achieve matte effect.

2) High transparency: different types of silica matting agent has different transparency.

3) Good compatibility: silica matting agent is often treated by special treatment to make sure it has compatibility with various coating

systems, suitable for water-based, solvent-based, radiation-curing and other coatings.

Elastic coating

Elastic coating belongs to the coating that has high elasticity and it is mainly used in outdoor where weather resistance and crack resistance

are required. The main characters of elastic coating are shown as below:

1) Excellent waterproofness and crack covering function: elastic coating can prevent the water moisture effectively and at the same time, it

can produce small cracks without cracking as the substrate expands and contracts.

2) High adhesion and durability: elastomeric coatings are usually based on synthetic resin emulsions, have good adhesion and durability, and

are suitable for concrete and plaster walls.

3) Rich expression and three-dimensional sense: elastic coating can form different modeling effects like flat coating, roughening, embossing,

etc., with strong three-dimensional sense and decorative effect.

4) Weather resistance and stain resistance: The elastic coating has good weather resistance and stain resistance, and is suitable for different

exterior wall insulation systems and anti-aluminum-plastic panel decoration effects.
