HT-801 Matt Hardener

The silica matt hardener in coating's functions are metioned as below.

1) Adding silica matt hardener in coating can promote the coating drying speed. Under the suitable temperature and timing, matt

hardener will react with coating's solvent to form stable polymer compounds which can help the paint to crosslink and dry quickly.

2) Adding silica matt hardener in coating will create a function called chemical curing ability. This

ability can enhance coating's hardeness, brightness and adhesion properties. And at the same time, it can also improve coating's chemical

stability and anticorrosive ability. In some meanings, adding silica matt hardener can make coating be fuller and more delicate, smoother

and more elastic, wear-resistant and not easy to scratch.

3) Silica matt hardener will react with oxygen in air to promote coating surface's drying speed which can shorten coating's production time.

4) Silica matt hardener can improve coating's physical properties and durbaility to make coating be stronger and more useful.
