In unsaturated polyester coatings, this coating can be applied 500g/m2 each time on a vertical surface without droplets and

wrinkles, as long as a concentration of 0.5~2 silica is added.

Adding silica to the paint can not only prevent the precipitation of the paint, but also improve the adsorption of the paint, the

adsorption of dyes, and improve dispersion. When used as a filler in emulsified coatings, it can improve thermal stability. In order

to meet the requirements of coatings and ink matting agents for silica, a special Matting Agent product has been developed and

produced abroad. When nitro varnish and similar coatings contain precipitated silica matting agent, the non-precipitation performance

of the coating can be improved, and the coating can be easily dispersed, with only a small amount of thickening effect, good suspension,

good matting performance, high transparency and good wear resistance.

0.5% of silica is added to printing ink, which has a good printing effect, can eliminate the penetration of undispersed ink, improve the

washability of printed materials, and increase the gloss of colors.

degrees.
