Heat exchanger features:

1. Fluoroplastic materials such as PTFE, Japan Daikin Co., Ltd. (FLON) and other raw materials. Using tube-making equipment and processing methods, hot-melt welding of tube bundles and flanges is assembled into a heat exchanger. Fluoroplastic heat exchangers are suitable for heating, cooling, evaporation, and concentration of corrosive solutions such as chromium plating, acid copper plating, 

acid tin plating, galvanization, electrolysis, pickling, chemical plating, oxidation and chemical, food, etc. in surface treatment plating. Heating, cooling, evaporation, concentration, and extraction of the plating surface treatment solution.

2. Performance of fluoroplastic heat exchanger: After using PFA, FEP, PVDF pipes to make the heat exchanger material. It has better material than polytetrafluorotetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) heat exchanger, and has better thermal stability, softness, crack resistance and transparency. The applicable temperature range of the product is -180 ~ 260 ℃; the middle temperature resistance is good, can be bent into any shape, but the radius of curvature should be ≥150mm. Good non-stick, anti-aging, no matter what kind of strong corrosive gas, liquid and long-term exposure to harsh air, life is balanced.

3.Fluoroplastic heat exchangers are divided into tube-bundle tanks or reactors, tube-bundle heat exchangers, jacketed heat exchangers and evaporators.

4.The product is made of  PTFE, FEP, PFA material. The product material is strictly designed according to the customer's requirements to meet the requirements of the process. The product is assembled by pipe bundles (Φ3, Φ5, Φ4, Φ4, Φ5, Φ6, Φ12, ...) through the flanges at both ends to form the heat exchanger import and export , And use (PP, PVC, PTFE, PVDF frame) to assemble and fix, can prevent the collision of the workpiece and damage the heat exchanger.
