AC-47 Silicon Dioxide Powder

AC-47 silica dioxide belongs to preticipated silica. So when using preticipated silica in paints should consider this agent's matte

effect and its chemical anti-curing properties. According to our sample results (based on AC-47 silica dioxide), AC-47 silica dioxide

has excellent matte effect in paints because its particles can disperse on the surface of coatings when the coating being dry. It can

form a rougher surface for coating and at the same time it can create light scattering solution. Besides, our AC-47 silica dioxide

has anti-curing properties which can prevent stratification of pulp filler and resin system, and avoid sedimentation caused by high

specific gravity of filler.

The application of AC-47 precipitated silica in paper paint is mainly to take advantage of its matting and anti-settling properties,

but it can also improve the overall performance of the coating, such as hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

USING TIPS:

* Recommend dosage is 3%-8%.  (Please adjust the dosage according to the actual product.)
