How can WF-100 silica Matting Agent works in film coating?

Paint film is also called as film coating. Coating contents mainly four materials like resin, pigment, solvent and forming 

substance. With these original materials, people use strict machines to combine them in one. Normally, people use resin 

as additive to use in coating. As we should know that the reflection volume of resin is so similar with silica matting agent. 

So we are using silica to instead resin to use as additive in coating. Comparing with traditional resin, using silica matting 

agent in coating can decrease the cost with the same using result as long as following the exact formulation.

Painting silica matting agent on the surface of coating can help to enhance the images' adhesion property and  printing 

property of coating. Then, how can our silica matting agent works in the coating to enhance its properties.

* Silica matting agent can control coating's flow property which avoid the coating from caking. This can ensure to print even 

and clear images on film.

* Silica matting agent will not be flash during film forming production. Firstly, we adding silica matting agent into coating. Then 

we are painting coating on the slim film. After that, the film should be produced by high temperature printing to form images. 

During this process, coating should withstand the high temperature environment. Silica matting agent without flash point can 

avoid the solution of film's burning when it is printing.
